Exchange Policy

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you need to exchange an item, please follow the guidelines below.


Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product. Items must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.

Shipping for Exchanges

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Processing Time

Once your exchange is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange. If approved, your new item will be shipped within [X] business days.

Non-Exchangeable Items

Certain items are non-exchangeable, including but not limited to perishable goods, custom products, and gift cards.

Damaged or Defective Goods Policy

We take great care to ensure your products arrive in perfect condition. However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow the guidelines below:

Reporting Damages or Defects

Inspect your order upon receipt. If you find any damage or defect, you must report it to our customer service team within 48 hrs. of receiving the product. Please provide your order number, a description of the damage or defect, and photos of the affected item.


Our team will assess the damage or defect report and may request additional information or photos to process your claim.


Once the damage or defect is verified, we will offer one of the following resolutions:
- Replacement: We will send you a replacement item at no additional cost.
- Refund: We will issue a refund for the damaged or defective item.

Return Shipping

For damaged or defective items, we will cover the cost of return shipping if a return is required. Instructions for return shipping will be provided by our customer service team.

Courier Damage

Please note that we are not responsible for damages caused by couriers during transit. In such cases, customers should file a claim directly with the courier service.
